RENTING YOUR STUDENT HOME SHOULD BE A SMOOTH PROCESS

  1. ARRANGE A VIEWING
Call into our office on Ashby Road or call us on 01509 631120 to arrange an appointment to view some houses. If you are unsure what you are looking for then our team will be able to help you. All viewings will be accompanied by a member of our team and we recommend the whole group attends the appointment.
  2. RESERVE A HOUSE
To reserve a house a Tenancy Set Up Fee of £50 inc VAT is payable from each member of the group. This is non-refundable. Credit cards have a 2% surcharge. Each member of the group will need to complete an Application Form, including providing details of a suitable guarantor, and a Standing Order Mandate. We also require a copy of your Student ID and a copy of your Passport of Driving Licence.
  3. SIGN YOUR TENANCY AGREEMENT
You will be required to sign your Tenancy Agreement by electronic signature. We will send you your Tenancy Agreement via email. Your guarantor will also be required to sign a Guarantor Agreement by electronic signature.
  4. PAY YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT
Your group is required to pay a Tenancy Deposit the equivalent of £200 per person. This is payable once the Tenancy Agreement has been signed and is required to be paid in full as one payment.
